Back in April I posted that Middletown will be building a new municipal complex. At the time, the powers that be weren't ready to say where the complex would be built. That's changed.
I've now heard that the new Town Hall and Police Station will be built north of their current location, on Penelope Lane between Kings Highway and Route 35.

I would like to inquire if there was a public planning or zoning board meeting for variances and public approval or disapproval with regards to expense, design, necessity, not that it matters what we residents think, already taken care of before the "Sideshow" begins and the usual "Actors" play their given roles. With all the chaos the current Township Committee Play Group is getting away with, it's hard to keep up. Also love the bright idea of serving booze at the new skating rink. Totally inappropriate for a child / pre-teen / teen based atmosphere. With all the current problems with addiction, seems like a very bad idea to introduce and promote alcohol in a skating rink. I'm really starting to believe that a bunch of weirdo's from planet notsobright are taking over Middletown :((((((.
